Commercial Sales Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Making contact with businesses through on-site sales calls.

2. Networking by visiting properties and talking to management, owners, and general contractors.
3. Prepare bids & follow-up on outstanding bid proposals.

4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and the Internet to meet established goals.

Qualification Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma, AA, AS, BA, BS, engineering degree, and/or related experience/training.

Computer Skills
Strong working knowledge of personal computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office applications.

Language Skills
Ability to read and write clearly. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, owners, and general contractors.
